Heart Yoga
This Restorative yin style yoga is a moving-meditation allowing students to go deeper into the heart center strengthening awareness of the body/mind relationship. Heart Yoga welcomes students of all levels and abilities. It blends yoga poses with clearing, breathing, guided meditation, and chakra work. This combination accelerates a sense of peace and clarity of purpose by using these techniques together like a well balanced recipe. Bring a journal to record your journey.
Disco Fitness
This a chance to have fun while shaking out some stress and getting fit. Incorporating dance, balance training, agility, cardio and toning, you will use all of your senses for an uplifting workout. Disco Fitness is for all levels of experience and body-types. Come have some fun and boogie down. Get fit with disco!!!

Radiant Heart Living meditations help you sustain mental clarity and balance to stay in sync with your heart’s journey. These practices help your thoughts remain helpful and aligned with your path. They also ensure that you have plenty of thoughts of self-appreciation and self-love to sustain and nurture you on your heart’s journey. Synchronizing our minds with your heart’s truest purpose takes practice. When our minds are clear and free from outside influences, old patterns and behaviors, our spiritual guidance and intuition becomes clearer. A clear mind helps us be in tune with our hearts, instead of deferring to the mind’s ability to steer us away from our heart’s purpose.

Cynthia is certified with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has many yoga certifications including Yoga Works and It’s Yoga in San Francisco. She can create custom classes for you or your group including vinyasa yoga, Heart Yoga, Guided meditations, chair yoga, multisensory yoga, stress management sessions and fitness.
Classes are designed and can be custom tailored to each individual’s or group’s needs. They can be held in yoga studios, parks, company facilities, workshops, retreats, Bay Area clinics, retirement centers, hospitals, community centers, churches, veterans facilities and more.

Known as the “Yoga for Everyone," Multi-Sensory Yoga was specifically designed for those with autism and other special needs, however it offers a gentle yet powerful healing approach which greatly benefits a variety of other groups such as:
